WHAT can be returned?
Any products returned under our 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee – No Questions Asked will only be refunded the cost of purchase.
Any products damaged in transit, faulty, or incorrectly dispatched may be returned for a full refund including cost of return postage.
Any products returned due to a change of mind will only be refunded the cost of purchase and must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be returned within 14 day of receipt.

HOW do customers return items?
All returns can be sent by post and require a copy of the invoice receipt.
